After my workout yesterday I figured I’d work on some skills so I grabbed a jump rope and went at it. And guess what? I nailed my double unders. I started by getting one then slowly strung together two in a row. For those of you who are crossfitters you understand the monumental implication. So proud of myself. Bring on the WOD today at 2.
